Frédéric is an entrepreneur and professional with 23 years of multidisciplinary experience, specializing in the design, optimization/stabilization, and management of large-scale business and/or technological transitions programs (asset management, finance, human resources, supply chain, enterprise risk management, and marketing and sales) across France, Europe, and North America. Frédéric integrates various dimensions into these transformation strategies and programs, including sensemaking, systems thinking, ESG & Corporate Social Responsibility, multi-capital accounting, transition risk and climate change adaptation. He drives changes in organizational governance, work organization, and reskilling necessary for their implementation. Throughout his career, Frédéric has successfully led over a dozen strategic transformation programs in these areas for SBF 120, CAC 40, and Fortune 500 companies (P&C Insurance, Life Insurance, Reinsurance, Asset Management, Energy and Natural Resources) and institutions (Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Economy, European Union).
